Creator analytics platform

Download. Analyze. Grow.

A creator operating system designed to turn content performance into actionable insights.

CreatorKit is a concept platform for creators and small teams who want more than a simple content downloader. I designed the experience around one central idea: bring content collection, performance analysis, competitor research, and AI-assisted insights into one cohesive workspace.

Rather than switching between multiple tools to save content, study competitors, and understand performance, CreatorKit gives creators a central place to organize what they find, understand why content works, and turn those insights into their next idea.

01

The idea

Not a downloader. An operating system for your content.

CreatorKit began with a simple content utility and expanded into a broader creator workflow.

The goal was to design a product where downloading content wasn't the destination—it was the beginning. Saved content could become a searchable library, performance data could reveal patterns, competitor profiles could be compared, and AI could help translate those insights into new creative directions.

02

The experience

One workspace, multiple ways to understand content.

Instead of separating research, organization, and analytics into disconnected tools, I designed CreatorKit around a shared system. Creators can move from discovering content to saving it, analyzing performance, comparing competitors, and identifying patterns without leaving the product.

01 — Organize

Turn inspiration into a searchable library.

Saved videos are organized into collections rather than disappearing into camera rolls, bookmarks, or scattered links. Search, favorites, recent downloads, hook studies, and client-specific collections make it easier to return to useful content later.

Designed for retrieval, not just storage.

Content can be grouped around how creators actually work—from inspiration and hook research to individual client projects.

02 — Analyze & Compare

Make performance easier to understand.

CreatorKit surfaces performance signals such as engagement, reach, retention, posting frequency, and creator scores in a visual dashboard designed for quick scanning. The same view then compares creators side-by-side, so differences become visually apparent instead of forcing users to jump between profiles and remember individual metrics.

From metrics to meaning.

Performance indicators and competitor comparisons share one surface, so high-level patterns are visible before users dig deeper.

03

Monetize

Pricing designed around how the product grows with its user.

The pricing model progresses from individual creator tools to more advanced growth features and finally team and agency workflows. The three-tier structure keeps the entry point accessible while creating clear reasons to upgrade as users need competitor tracking, historical analytics, collaboration, and client-facing tools.

Product thinking

Designing a system instead of a collection of features.

One of the biggest considerations was making CreatorKit feel like one connected product despite its range of capabilities.

The same visual language carries across analytics, libraries, comparisons, AI tools, and subscription management: dark surfaces, restrained information density, reusable cards, clear hierarchy, and a teal-to-warm gradient reserved for important actions and product signals.

That consistency helps a feature-heavy product remain approachable without stripping away the depth that power users need.

Outcome / reflection

From a simple utility to a scalable product concept.

CreatorKit became an exploration of how a focused tool can grow into a larger product ecosystem without losing clarity.

Designing the platform pushed me to think beyond individual screens and consider how navigation, information hierarchy, monetization, analytics, AI features, and repeated UI patterns work together across an entire product.

The result is a concept that feels less like a collection of features and more like a system creators could build their workflow around.
