Making complicated things easier
Most products aren't confusing on purpose. I like finding the friction and designing it out.
I started in UX/UI in 2020, where I learned how to research problems, understand users, and turn messy ideas into thoughtful digital experiences.
Since then, my toolkit has expanded in ways I didn't exactly plan for. I've worked directly with customers, learned sales and business from the inside, built websites for real clients, and started creating my own digital products and AI-powered workflows.
That combination changed the way I design. I don't just think about whether something looks good — I think about whether someone understands it, whether they'll actually use it, and whether it solves the problem it was built for.

If it looks beautiful but nobody can figure out how to use it, it isn't finished.
I love good visual design—but every decision should survive a “why?”
I'm comfortable figuring things out as I go. Some of my best learning has happened after deciding, “I'm just going to build it.”
AI can accelerate research, ideation, and execution. The judgment, strategy, and final decisions still need a human.
I'm usually building something, redesigning something that didn't ask to be redesigned, or going down a rabbit hole trying to understand how something works. I like creative projects, good branding, beautiful spaces, and ideas that make me think, wait… why doesn't this exist already?
A fuller timeline lives on the resume.
Built my foundation in user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design through projects including CAMPO and FITz.
Working in hospitality, sales, and customer-facing roles gave me something design exercises couldn't: years of watching how real people communicate, make decisions, hesitate, buy, and respond to friction.
Returned to digital design with a broader perspective — designing websites for clients while building my own product concepts and AI-assisted workflows.
I'm combining UX/UI, product thinking, business understanding, and AI-assisted creation to design digital experiences that are both useful and commercially grounded.
